FarShift Studio is a founder-led WordPress studio run by Romario Topno. For any privacy question or request, email hello@farshift.studio.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, work email, company name, website URL, your description of the website problem, and any service, budget, or timeline option you select.
When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to review your website, reply to your enquiry, and, if we work together, prepare and manage the project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Form processing by Web3Forms
Enquiry forms on this site are delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your submission is processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to our email inbox. Web3Forms handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How email enquiries are handled
Enquiries arrive in, and replies are sent from, the FarShift business email account. Romario reads and answers enquiries personally. If a project needs a specialist collaborator, relevant project details are shared only after telling you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted sooner on request. Information about clients is kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files. If analytics are added, this page will be updated first.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@farshift.studio. We will respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by the law that applies to you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
